Our commitment

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We use these guidelines alongside good inclusive-design practice when we write, design, build and maintain the site.

This statement covers the public Ostrelis website at ostrelis.com. The customer portal is a separate service and may have its own accessibility features, content and support process.

What we have designed in

• Keyboard access: navigation, links, buttons and forms are intended to be usable without a mouse.
• Clear structure: pages use headings, landmarks, labels and descriptive link text to support people using screen readers and other assistive technology.
• Visible focus: interactive controls have a visible focus indicator so you can tell where you are on the page.
• Readable presentation: text can be resized in the browser, content reflows on smaller screens, and the site respects a reduced-motion preference.
• Alternative ways to contact us: you can email us directly if a form or another part of the site does not work for you.

Known limitations

Accessibility is ongoing work. Some content or third-party components may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion, and we do not currently claim that every page is fully conformant. We review reported issues, prioritise barriers that prevent access to information or contact, and include accessibility in future updates.

Some pages include video or images. Where they are meaningful to the page, we aim to provide text alternatives or supporting copy. If you find an item without enough information, please tell us so we can improve it.

Use your browser's zoom controls if you need larger text. You can move through interactive elements with the Tab key, activate the selected link or button with Enter or Space, and use your browser or operating system's built-in accessibility settings with this site.
